Your Part in the Process

What Do You Need to Do?

Honestly? Not much. That is the whole point. Here is what we ask of our clients:

Be available for the initial walkthrough

Walk us through your home and tell us about anything special. This usually takes about an hour.

Remove personal items you want to keep

Set aside family photos, important documents, and anything sentimental before we begin staging.

Relax and let us work

Seriously. We handle the rest. You do not need to be present during staging, the sale, or the cleanout.
