The Estate Sale
Three days of professional selling. We manage the crowds, handle transactions, and negotiate with buyers.

Cleanout & Payment
We clean out everything remaining, vacuum the house, and hand you a check. Done.
Your Part in the Process
What Do You Need to Do?
Honestly? Not much. That is the whole point. Here is what we ask of our clients:
Be available for the initial walkthrough
Walk us through your home and tell us about anything special. This usually takes about an hour.
Remove personal items you want to keep
Set aside family photos, important documents, and anything sentimental before we begin staging.
Relax and let us work
Seriously. We handle the rest. You do not need to be present during staging, the sale, or the cleanout.

How long does the whole process take?
From consultation to cleanout, typically 2-3 weeks. The sale itself is 3 days (Thursday through Saturday).
Do I need to be at the sale?
No. In fact, we recommend clients not be present during the sale. We handle everything.
What if some items do not sell?
We take care of it. Remaining items are donated or disposed of as part of our complete cleanout service.
